Brad brings to ATY 14 years of scouting experience; presently working for the Milwaukee Brewers on their professional scouting staff, after having served ten years as the area scout in the Midwest for the Florida Marlins and three years as the Assistant Director of Minor Leagues and Scouting. Del Barba also served in the Cincinnati Reds front office as their Traveling Secretary and has been privileged to work for two World Championship organizations; the 1997 Florida Marlins and the 1990 Cincinnati Reds.
