Till we meet again
Well, we are in the home stretch of the 2003 campaign. We are not playing as well as we would like but we are definitely trying.

Can I make a suggestion?
Well, the baseball gods have let me know that I needed to come back to reality this past month. They made sure that I had a couple bad outings to get my ERA back to were everyone else is. After many of those games reporters were asking what happened and was I going to change things.

Living out a Dream
. Well, the dream actually changes from time to time but the running theme stays the same. It involves me pitching late in a game with a one run lead and the man that I must beat hopefully by strikeout, is arguably the greatest player this game has ever seen. For me that player is Barry Bonds.

Friends and Phone Calls
Recently, since making the Big League roster with the Colorado Rockies I have experienced a number of different things. First, it was the fact that I was now in a place that had always just been a dream but secondly it has become very apparent that I have more friends than I ever thought.

Oh, what a feeling
Well, what can I say? The Big Leagues is all I could have wanted and expected it to be. I was and still am a little nervous and excited when I go to the park and see these stadiums that hold 40,000 compared to the parks that I have been playing in that hold around 8,000.

What a long strange trip
To quote the Grateful Dead " what a long, strange trip it's been." My baseball career has taken many twists and turns throughout but nothing could have prepared me for what had taken place over the past 4 months.
